Reporting into the KR Head of Human Resources, the HR Specialist will be responsible for daily HR Operations, Advisory on local legal compliance, Talent Acquisition and Selection for our KR office.

Job Responsibility
1. On-boarding and Off-boarding: Facilitate smooth on-boarding and off-boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional team to deliver an exceptional first day experience. Handle all HR tasks such as, new hire induction and exit interviews.
2. HR Support:  Provide monthly payroll changes to regional payroll team. Maintain employee data and manage employee benefits (e.g. leave records etc.).
3. Conducting Audits: Auditing all new hire and leavers documents (onboarding forms, employment letters etc.). Ensure employee files are in order.
4. Talent Acquisition: Hire and Recruit for Quality Candidates. Own full-cycle of recruitment for Korea independently, that include qualify job requirement, screen applicants, shortlist the qualified candidate with department manager, interview arrangement and keep track recruitment data record in order. Develop search strategy to build candidate pipeline.
5. Handle daily issues arising from labor employment and provide initial coordination in labor disputes; assist in conducting employment compliance checks to ensure adherence to national and local labor laws and regulations.
6. Complete other labor-related and human resources tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualification
1. Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Knowledgeable in Talent Acquisition: have at least 2 years of talent acquisition experience and have solid knowledge of local labor laws.
3. Great communicator: have extremely polished verbal and written communication skills in Korean and Chinese, and can adapt communication style to suit each conversation.
