About the Job

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team in dealing with daily business/processes.
  • Managing contracts and business processes supervision.
  • Sales Data analysis and business trend forecast.
  • Monitoring AMs’ performance, and key project progress.
  • Liaison between Sales, Management, and Finance teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales team support experience, preferably in IT solutions/Cloud or a similar Hi-tech environment.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and business management processes is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
